We stand behind the quality of our prints and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to make the return process as simple and clear as possible.

Our 30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for most items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note the following important exceptions to our return policy:

  • Custom-Framed Artwork: Because each frame is handcrafted to your specific order, all custom-framed prints are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items on Final Sale

We encourage you to review your order carefully before purchasing a custom-framed piece.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging our artwork, but damages can sometimes occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To resolve the issue quickly, please contact us with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A clear description of the issue.
  3. A few photos showing the damage to the item and the packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at our expense. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs associated with resolving a damaged or incorrect order. We will make it right.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first requesting a return authorization.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship Your Return: For general returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
